The website provides free access to portfolio content and a free contact form for sending professional enquiries. Sending a form does not place an order, accept a quotation or create a paid commission agreement. Any scope, price, licence and delivery terms are agreed separately.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet connection, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled for the contact form, and an active email address if you expect a reply. The service starts when you open the website or submit the form and ends when that action is completed or you leave the website.

4. Acceptable use

You must not submit unlawful content, malicious code, spam, personal data you are not authorised to provide, or use the website in a way that disrupts its security or availability. Automated bulk submissions may be blocked.

5. Intellectual property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the website design, text and final portfolio materials are protected by copyright. Temporary concept visuals are labelled as such and are not presented as final authored portfolio work. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use its content.

6. Availability and complaints

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or circumstances outside the provider's reasonable control. Complaints about the electronic service can be sent to [email protected]with a description of the issue. A response will be provided without undue delay, normally within 14 days.

These terms are governed by Polish law, without limiting any mandatory protections available to users under applicable law. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
